Jay's been telling I need to get on here and make my blog look better and I know I need to get on here and talk about what's going on in my life so if anybody else happens to look at it besides Jay and his son then they will know without me having to write to each one. I want this to be part of the book that I am writing (in it's very early stage right now). Anyway I have not been sleeping well but I think that has to do with my knee that I had surgery on is hurting enough to not let me turn over in bed without hurting so I'm not getting REM sleep. So that means I am waking up at 4 in morning. I am sure that this will change as I have never had a continuous routine with anything in my life. I'm happy, that is the one thing I do know. Thanks to Jay helping me boost my self-esteem. Enough for now, it's his turn to get up for coffee and for me to claim the bed to rest my knees and back. Thanks for reading and a pat on the back would not go unappreciated.
