K, seems I need to get on here and talk about some things. My love of life, my dog Sage died on Jan 4Th which was a hard blow. I had had her for about 12 years. She and I were very close as we were both treat badly by the same man. She is gone but never forgotten. We were with her for her last few moments and she was buried the next day by Jacob, Jay and Jacob's friend who had also known her for a long time. I was too heartbroken to go out there for a few days and then the Vets office sent a flower and I had to take it out to her grave in the middle of the back yard at her head stone. I mourned for a long time and had already met Jay thank the Goddess or I don't know what I would have done. It was funny that she did not like men in general but when she med Jay she was his best friend immediately. I was very surprised so I guessed if she liked him then he must be alright and she could leave me then in good hands. She was very sick and I didn't even know it. She was the sweetest dog in the world. I muddled over for a couple of months whether I should yet another do or not. Jay and I are both animal especially dog people and I could not remember ever having been without one. So as fate would have it a friend who knew that Sage had died and had a friend who had a couple of pups that they need to give away as they could not handle them and about 9 cats. So they are cute as can be! Pictures will follow when I get around to downloading them off the camera. I think Jay already has them posted. They are Lhasa Opso's mixes and the smaller male supposedly came out looking more like the father that was supposedly chihuahua. The female looks like the breed and they were the both adorable and I could not bear to separate them as they had been together since birth and the little boy seemed like the runt and need the female as a security blanket. The people had bought every thing you could think of for them; beds, toys, clothes, leashes with plastic poo bags attached and even the training pads that you put down in the floor for them to pee on and they were already trained to that. They are more attached to Jay as he is the one who feeds them and works with them the most. We took them out into the back yard on leashes extended and told them where the boundary of the yard is and now they can go with out a leash. The are learning fast. The were just 6 months old on the third of this month. We renamed them. Jays dad has one who's name is Rambo so we had name our little boy Rocky-- get it?-- and the girl is Marly cause with all that hair she had to be Bobbie Marly. So it's Marly and Rocky and love that we got them both because they are always playing together and making me laugh which I don't do enough of.
OK, different subject. My sister who lives in German and married to a German man came here for a 3 month visit and it was nerve racking as well as fun. Jay went fishing with her husband once and had a good time. We had a good time but not as much time with my sister as I would have liked.
Now, my used to be and hopefully still best friend who I have not talked for a long time is coming to see me this month. It will be strange but hopefully cathartic and we will be alright. I'll let you know.
The night is drawing nigh and I must stop for the night. Good night and Goddess bless you one and all. Love to you all who are out there.
